Tweed Jackets, Kilts

and accessories.

A man in tweed is a man indeed!

While tartan is the universally recognized cloth of Scotland, it is hard to name a cloth with more Scottish roots than a good solid Tweed.  Lochcarron woolen mills (the same fine weaver of our quality tartan cloth) also weaves a line of tweed cloth for kilt jackets, vests, and kilts!

Many kilt wearers simply do not realize that tweed is an option for their kilts. They can be ordered in any style of kilt listed on our main kilt page, and are priced as medium weight (13 oz) kilts.

“I do not prize the word 'cheap.' It is not a badge of honor. It is a symbol of despair. Cheap prices make for cheap goods; cheap goods make for cheap men; and cheap men make for a cheap country.” -- Wm. McKinley, 25th President of the United States, Scottish descendant.
