For domestic shipping (within the United
States) you have the option of choosing "Priority" or "Ground" shipping when
you check out. Both will reach most destinations within 3 to 5 business
days. "Priority" shipments will be sent out via USPS Priority Mail.
"Ground" shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground or Home delivery.
Customers who select Ground shipping will receive an email notification with a
tracking number when their package ships, and be able to track their package
en route with FedEx. All Ground shipments will also be fully insured.
Priority shipments are not insured and cannot be tracked once they are in
transit.
Please pay attention to the usual
stock status of your item(s), printed in green next to each item description.
This gives an indication of the typical stock
status of that item. You will receive a confirmation email for your particular order to
verify the status of your item(s). In stock items will be
shipped out within 1 to 2 business days of when the order is received.
If expedited shipping is required, please
call in your order. We can ship FedEx Overnight or 2 Day upon request,
but only items currently in stock can be sent out on the same day. If
your order needs to be shipped out on the same business day, please call us at
(828)524-7472 between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm EST to ensure your item is
in stock. If you have a deadline for delivery, please let us know at the
time you place your order.
We try to the best of our ability to keep many of our
popular items in stock, but
remember that many of our items must be shipped in from overseas, and many
are custom made, so please allow extra delivery time for these items.
Our normal shipping policy for multiple item orders is
to hold shipment until the order is complete. If you wish to break your
order into multiple shipments, please let us know when you place the order.

RETURN POLICY:
Stock gift shop items may be returned for a refund up to 10 days
after purchase for credit card purchases (sorry, we cannot offer cash refunds).
Stock items may be exchanged for other items, or store credit, up to 30
days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Tailor made or custom ordered items are non-refundable. If you have
a question about your particular purchase, please ask for details.
Deposits on kilts and kilted skirts are non-refundable. Thank you.
