Our normal method of shipping is FedEx Ground, which reaches
most destinations in the US in 3 to 5 days. Therefore, please provide
us with a physical shipping address when you place your order. If
you provide a PO Box address, we can only ship via US Postal, which may delay
delivery time.
Please pay attention to the usual
stock status of your item(s), printed in green next to each item description.
This gives an indication of the normal stock
status, but you will receive a confirmation email for your particular order to
verify the status of your item(s). In stock items will be
shipped out within 1 to 2 business days of when the order is received.
We can ship FedEx Overnight or 2 Day upon request. Only items currently
in stock can be sent out on the same day. If your order needs to
be shipped out on the same business day, please call us at (828)524-7472
between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm EST to ensure your item is in stock.
If you have a deadline for delivery, please let us know at the time you
place your order. Items will be sent by the most economical means
possible to meet your deadline.
We try to the best of our ability to keep most items in stock, but
remember that many of our items must be shipped in from overseas, and many
are custom made for the customer's particular measurements and specified
tartan, so please allow extra delivery time for these items.
Our normal shipping policy for multiple item orders is to hold shipment
until the order is complete. If you wish to break your order into
multiple shipments, please let us know when you place the order.
This will allow us to send some stock items out quicker. A separate
shipping fee will be calculated for each shipment.

RETURN POLICY:
Stock gift shop items may be returned for a refund up to 10 days
after purchase for credit card purchases (sorry, we cannot offer cash refunds).
Stock items may be exchanged for other items, or store credit, up to 30
days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Tailor made or custom ordered items are non-refundable. If you have
a question about your particular purchase, please ask for details.
Deposits on kilts and kilted skirts are non-refundable. Thank you.
