Kilt Rentals
We are very pleased to announce the launch of our all new kilt rental service. Getting married? Going to the prom? Want to attend the highland games in a kilt? Going to a Burn's Supper and want to dress the part? Whatever your reason, we are pleased to outfit you from our new stock of kilts and Prince Charlie jackets. Currently we offer the Black Watch and the National Millennium tartan for our choices (see tartans below). Our costs for rentals are as follows: Basic kilt rental: $50.00A dress sgian dubh can be provided for an additional $3 for an individual rental. If you are renting two or more kilts we will gladly include sgian dubhs free of charge -- just ask! (Subject to availability. Our rental sgian dubhs are made from one solid sheath and handle, and have no blade). We ship all rentals by FedEx. You pay the actual shipping costs to you, and are responsible for return shipping. All items are due back 5 days after they arrive (not including Sundays or Postal holidays). For instance, items delivered on a Friday are due back to us the next Thursday. (Please read our standard kilt rental policy before ordering.)* Our kilts are made from the finest Scottish tartan cloth, medium kilting weight (13 oz), and each individually hand pleated and hand stitched, for the finest craftsmanship. * Items not returned by their due date will be subject to a second rental fee. If the items are not returned one week after the original due date, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the items. Click here for our standard kilt rental agreement. |
