Jacket in Ardalanish Salt & Pepper tweed. The basic kilt jacket, also called an Argyle jacket, is a staple of the Highland dress wardrobe. We offer our kilt jackets in a wide variety of cloth options to suit any need from casual to formal dress. All our fabrics are woven in Scotland, and our jackets are all tailored in Scotland. No matter whether your choice is tweed, velvet, barathea or worsted wool, every choice we offer exhibits the quality you expect from genuine Scottish craftsmanship.

Using the order form below, select the appropriate cloth range, the style of cuff you require, whether you desire epaulettes, and your size information. Finally, type in the name of the specific cloth you are requesting.

Cuff Options:

Waistcoats:

All jackets will be supplied with a matching 5-button waistcoat. Waistcoats in a different, complimentary color can also be supplied upon request.

Buttons:

Tweeds and light color barathea and worsted wool will be supplied with imitation horn buttons, and velvet and dark colored barathea and worsted wool will be supplied with silver-tone square celtic buttons unless otherwise specified.

Jackets can be made to measure for an additional fee of $50. For made to measure jackets, please enter the closest appropriate size in the above order form, and then use the button below to add the fee to your shopping cart. You will be required to provide full measurement specifications via email.

Made-to-measure Fee:

The above jacket is made from Ettrick tweed, Hunter pattern, with Braemar cuffs and square celtic buttons.

The jacket featured at the top of this page is made from Ardalanish tweed, Salt & Pepper pattern, with Argyle cuffs.
